About the program - Undergraduate Programs in English language

This program comprises 11 majors totally taught in English language.

Admission Requirements

Applicant's profile: high school graduates or equivalent

Language requirements:

- Applicants from countries where English is their primary language are not required to have an international English language proficiency certificate;  

- Applicants from countries where English is not the main language must have an IELTS 5.0 or equivalence or you have to take an English language proficiency test at the beginning of the course organised by TDTU's International English Proficiency Assessment System to determine your eligibility for studying the program (Except for choosing the English language major).

• Exception:

- In case applicants do not have the required language level but still wish to study the program, then they have to attend a preparatory English language course at TDTU until they reach the required language proficiency level to be able to start the undergraduate program. The preparatory language course lasts from 6 months to 1 year depending in the applicant's ability assessed through the input placement results of TDTU.

- After 1 year studying the preparatory language course, if the applicants still do not meet the English language requirement, they can either stop their study or apply for the other programs. However, they need to meet the corresponding criteria of the programs.

- In case the number of eligible students less than the minimum student number required to open classes, the students can preserve the enrolment results, or transfer to other programs. However, they need to meet the corresponding criteria of the programs.

Scholarships

In 2020, TDTU offers more than 100 full and partial scholarships for prospective international students. Scholarships include tuition fee and/or dormitory fee.

How to apply?

The process of applying for studying the program and scholarships requires roughly same documents, though there are more requirements like academic performance to gain a scholarship. TDTU will praise and grant applicants scholarships with our initiative in case you meet our requirements as well as we find you eligible to receive the scholarships due to our considering criteria.
